Meet the humpback whales of the Salish Sea! 🐋

If you find humpback whales when you join us for a tour, your marine naturalist will do their best to identify the individual. Humpback whales have unique marks on their flukes that help us identify them at an individual level, so your guide will be able to tell you their name, sometimes their age and sex, and other unique stories about their history and personality. There are hundreds of humpback whales that call the Salish Sea home, but we have a few favourites that we tend to see every year!
