Cancellation Policy: 48 hours prior to departure.
We reserve the right to cancel trips due to weather or mechanical problems.
Terms for Reservations
Please read this before you place a reservation:
1. All reservations are separated into morning and afternoon. These general time slots allow flexibility and a better chance of a successful departure.
2. We will setup your exact time of departure and it will be your responsibility to contact us upon your arrival in Vancouver for your departure time.
3. All reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours before the trip’s departure time without penalty.
4. We will email a confirmation of your reservation as we receive it. Please be patient. If you have not received a confirmation within 3 business days contact us via email or phone.
5. Online reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance of the planned trip. If you wish to make a reservation for trip in less than 3 days please contact us via phone at 604-272-7200.
6. No-shows are charged full price
